the location was great, near many places i wanted to see. the hotel also had a neat style, with a contemporary design i liked. the breakfast was also good for exploring the neighborhood, i was happy about it.
the prices was high when we stayed there in early this year. there was no fan in the bathroom either, that was not cool. i think they should fix that

the location is amazing with metro access nearby. i found the staff very friendly. check-in was quick and smooth. my room had a screen mirroring feature on the tv.. i thought that was pretty neat. hot water and ac worked perfectly.
the walls seemed a bit thin so i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

The hotel is located centrally. it made it easy to reach many places on foot! i also really appreciated the beautiful interior decor. It was well-kept. the gym was great. Everything was maintained nicely. the staff addressed any requests promptly!
the room lacked coffee and tea making facilities. i would have liked a kettle.

The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to Gran Via. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood despite a bar being across the street. The room felt very spacious and clean (i slept like a log). I found high-end Malin + Goetz amenities in the generously sized bathroom.
The hotel did not allow outside guests. I have never seen this policy before.

the location is great. i found hotel interiors stylish with a walking distance to many places. the room was very comfy and tidy. it is off the gran via, busy but my room was quiet.
noises echoed very badly in other rooms. after a long flight, i had hoped to get some sleep. i was kept awake by other guests coming and going all night.

mixed feelings about this stay
sloppy sealingthin walls
the bathroom needed some serious work. the silicon sealing around the bathtub was really sloppy, and black mold had started growing in places. it looked like a rushed job and it's not something i expect at this price. plus, the walls were so thin. i could hear everything happening in the rooms next to mine. it was hard to relax when i could hear room service deliveries and other guests. earplugs were a must
